From the speakers bureau of the Friends of the Page-Walker, Peggy Van Scoyoc will be presenting a program on the history of Cary's African-American community. Peggy will discuss early African-American life, Cary’s leadership in desegregation, and more; from her second book of Cary oral history compilations. This program is free to the public.
